Released in 2021, Is 4 Lovers is the explosive fourth studio album from Canadian dance-punk duo Death from Above 1979, featuring Jesse F. Keeler and Sebastien Grainger.
Blending distorted bass riffs, pounding drums, infectious grooves and raw punk energy, Is 4 Lovers delivers the band's unmistakable mix of dance-punk, noise rock and alternative rock.
Featuring standout tracks such as "One + One", "Modern Guy", "Totally Wiped Out", "Free Animal" and "Mean Streets", the album combines heavy, fuzz-driven riffs with catchy melodies, electronic textures and high-energy rhythms.
Building on the sound that made their debut album You're a Woman, I'm a Machine a cult favourite, Is 4 Lovers finds the duo experimenting with new musical ideas while maintaining their signature intensity.
Fast, loud and packed with attitude, the album is a must-have for fans of early-2000s indie rock, dance-punk and garage rock revival.
An essential addition to any alternative rock or indie sleaze vinyl collection. Perfect for fans of LCD Soundsystem, The Rapture, Bloc Party, The Kills and Royal Blood.
